The Rockland Flag Football League was established in 1991, the current President is Fred Epps. The 35th season will open with exhibition games on Wednesday August 6th, Monday August 11th and Wednesday August 13th 2025. The regular season will kick-off on Monday August 18th, 2025 and end on Sunday October 19nd, 2025. Playoffs will begin with Quarter Final games on Wednesday October 22nd, followed by semifinal games on Sunday October 26th. The crowning of the Silver Cup XXXV Champions on Saturday November 1st will end the season.
The draft will take place at GAB's Sports Bar on Friday, August 15th.
